It was quite refreshing to head back home to Chicago during our Midwest run. Today, we have a day off in Elk Grove / Mt. Prospect, IL. I had an Italian beef from Portillo’s for lunch and am now sitting in a Holiday Inn Bar Louie drinking a Green Line IPA & taking advantage of their wifi. This weekend, we’ll be heading to Canada… can’t wait!
