Rather than me adding a new post ranting about how horrible Delta Air Lines’ customer care is, just take a note never to fly with them ever! They don’t provide timely notifications of cancellations, they forget to book flight captains causing 6 hour flight delays, and now I’m forced to stay overnight in ATL’s airport. DON’T FLY DELTA!
